Return Of The Jedi (1983)


Return Of The Jedi (1983) also known as Star Wars Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi is the last film in the Star Wars franchise. It was directed by Richard Marquand and written by George Lucas and Lawrence Kasdan.

DADDY: What did you think of the movie?

LILLY: It was a great adventure and my favourite so far. It's now my favourite movie.

DADDY: I think it is great but I still like the first film more.

LILLY: Yes daddy it was great. I agree.

DADDY: Who was your favourite character?

LILLY: I liked the furry guys.

DADDY: You mean the Ewoks?

LILLY: Yes.

DADDY: I still like Darth Vader in this.

LILLY: You like Darth Vader in this too?

DADDY: Yes he is the most interesting character.

DADDY: What was your favourite moment?

LILLY: I liked the bit when Princess Leia finds out that Darth Vader is her dad.

DADDY: I like the bit where Darth Vader makes his mind up at the end.

DADDY: Would you recommend this to your friends?

LILLY: Yes because everyone is going to like STAR WARS.

DADDY: I'm giving this ten stars again.

LILLY: I'm giving this ten stars too.

LILLY: Why doesn't anyone ever go to the toilet in these films?

DADDY: Good question they must be busting to go.

LILLY: I like that comment :)



Addams Family Values (1993)


Addams Family Values (1993) is the sequel to The Addams Family (1991). It was written by Paul Rudnick and directed by Barry Sonnenfield.

DADDY: What did you think of the movie?

LILLY: I thought it was very exciting because they had a baby and it was very funny.

DADDY: I thought it was great too. Did you like it more than the first one?

LILLY: I loved it more than the first one.

DADDY: I thought it had a better story and you noticed that it had a similar plot to one of the original episodes we watched together. Do you like the films more than the series?

LILLY: Yes because it has colour.

DADDY: I don't think colour matters but we can work on that.

DADDY: Who was your favourite character?

LILLY: I liked Pubert because he saves the day.

DADDY: I like Wednesday because she is so delightfully glum. Have you changed your mind about being called Wednesday?

LILLY: Yes

DADDY: I thought we could dress as Fester and Wednesday for Halowe'en is that a good idea?

LILLY: Yes! Yes! Yes!

DADDY: What was your favourite moment?

LILLY: I liked the bit when they have the play because it was exciting.

DADDY: I liked the bit when Wednesday smiled because....

LILLY: It looked like it hurt?

DADDY: Exactly.

DADDY: Would you recommend it to your friends?

LILLY: Of course yes because it was funny and a bit creepy.

DADDY: I'm giving this another five stars.

LILLY: I'm giving this five stars too.

DADDY: Do you still want a baby It?

LILLY: Yes!

DADDY: I'll tell mummy.

The Addams Family (1991)


The Addams Family (1991) is a comedy film based upon the characters created by the cartoonist Charles Addams directed by Barry Somerfield.

DADDY: What did you think of the movie?

LILLY: I thought it was awesome because it was funny and I liked the Addams family because they were strange.

DADDY: I enjoyed it too though it didn't have much of a story I thought the family was great.

DADDY: Who was your favourite character?

LILLY: I liked Wednesday and cousin It because Wednesday has a headless doll and because he has hair everywhere.

DADDY: I like Wednesday too and I would have liked to have called you Wednesday but mummy wouldn't let me.

LILLY: I'm happy you didn't.

DADDY: What is your favourite moment?

LILLY: I liked the bit where Wednesday has a knife and her mum gives her a cleaver.

DADDY: Yeah that was funny but my favourite moment was the sword fight they perform at the school. Now that's what I call theater!

DADDY: Would you recommend it to your friends?

LILLY: Of course yes because it was awesome and it was mostly about the characters.

DADDY: I thought it needed more of a story.

DADDY: I'm giving this four stars.

LILLY: Are you serious? I'm giving this five.

DADDY: I think we should have a Lurch.

LILLY: I think he looks like Frankenstein's monster, I want a cousin It.

The Empire Strikes Back (1980)



The Empire Strikes Back (1980) also known as Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back is the sequel to Star Wars (1977) and was directed by Irvin Kershner and written by Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan with George Lucas writing the story.

DADDY: What did you think of the movie?

LILLY: It was the best film ever, though the first one was a bit better.

DADDY: I like the first one more too but this is still a great movie.

DADDY: Who was your favourite character?

LILLY: I like Yoda because he helps Luke Skywalker to be a Jedi.

DADDY: I like Darth Vader in this because he is such a great bad guy.

LILLY: What? You like the baddie?

DADDY: Yes!

DADDY: What is your favourite moment?

LILLY: When Luke finds out that Darth Vader is his father because they are very different.

DADDY: That is a great moment which I love too but Luke won't turn to the dark side.

DADDY: Would you recommend it to your friends?

LILLY: Yes because it isn't too scary but it was thrilling.

DADDY: I'm giving this ten stars again!

LILLY: I wish we could go higher than ten.

DADDY: Our rating system has gone out of the window but it is our blog.

DADDY: I am your father!

LILLY: Noooooo!


Star Wars (1977)



Star Wars (1977), now known as Star Wars Episode: IV: A New Hope  is an epic space adventure written and directed by George Lucas.

DADDY: What did you think of the movie?

LILLY: It was awesome, because at the end daddy made Darth Vader noises!

DADDY: I love it and have since I first saw it back in 1977. It is an epic fairy tale set in space.

DADDY: Who was your favourite character?

LILLY: I like Chewbacca because he hits people.

DADDY: I like Han Solo because he is cool and I still want to be him.

DADDY:  What was your favourite moment?

LILLY: I liked the bit when Luke and Han both realize they both like the princess.

DADDY: I like the bit where Han charges the stormtroopers and they run away. It makes me laugh every time.

DADDY: Would you recommend it to your friends?

LILLY: Yes because it is very exciting.

DADDY: Are you looking forward to the next movie?

LILLY: Yes!

DADDY: Normally we give movies up to five stars but I'm giving this ten.

LILLY: I'm giving this ten too.

DADDY: I loved watching this again with you.

LILLY: Me too!
